Shipping Policy for Eidolon Scents


1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and a second notification when it ships.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on your selected service level.

  • Rates & Delivery Estimates:

    • Standard (USPS First-Class): 3–7 business days

    • Expedited (USPS Priority / UPS Ground): 2–4 business days

    • Express (UPS 2-Day / FedEx Express): 1–2 business days

  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. You can view shipping rates on each product page or during checkout.

3. International Shipping (Excluding EU)

  • Availability: We ship to most countries worldwide.

  • Delivery Estimates: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: Recipients are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Eidolon Scents is not liable for delays due to customs clearance.

  • Rates & Restrictions: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please check individual product pages for shipping availability and estimated rates to your country.

4. European Union Shipping Restrictions

  • Due to ingredient restrictions on certain original formulations, the only product currently eligible for shipment into the EU is
    “Clair De Lune.”

5. Shipping Rates & How to Check

  • Product-Specific Rates: Each fragrance’s page shows whether we ship to your region and provides an estimated shipping cost.

  • Checkout Calculation: The final shipping charge is displayed and confirmed at checkout before payment.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • In Transit Issues: If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact support@eidolonscents.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
